1970s - Foundation & Domestic Pioneer
- 1972: Company Incorporated As A Public Shareholding Company In Kuwait.
- 1984: First Real Estate Company To Be Listed On The Kuwait Stock Exchange (Now Boursa Kuwait).
During This Period The Company Pioneered The Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Concept For A Mixed-Use Asset In Kuwait (Retail + Office + Multi-Storey Car Park) Ahead Of Formal Regulation.

1990s - Growth & Diversification Domestically and Regionally
Expanded domestic real-estate development beyond purely leasing assets into mixed-use retail/office/parking structures. (Your original “growth & diversification” idea) Began exploring investment opportunities outside Kuwait (regionally) positioning the business for geographic diversification.
2000s - Strategic Alliances & Global Expansion
Formed international partnerships and invested in hospitality / branded real-estate platforms (e.g., the stake in the YOTEL platform in the U.S.). Entered non-Kuwait markets more meaningfully Europe, U.S., MENA region. Began transforming the asset-base from purely domestic income into globally diversified portfolio.
2010s - Product Innovation & Reinvention
Launched the “Domus” concept of integrated corporate housing or residential / hospitality-staff accommodation Completed landmark hospitality investment in the U.S. with YOTEL/other branded hotels, capturing global exposure. Enhanced asset-management operations: upgrading legacy Kuwaiti assets, moving toward higher quality, better yield assets. During this period the company repositioned itself from “just a real-estate developer” towards “international real-estate investor & operator”.
